Before committing to a large branded merchandise order, you can order physical samples to check
quality, colour, and fit.
How to order samples
• Online — add the product to your cart as a standard order on the ITLX platform.
• In-person — collect from the ITLX Cape Town showroom at 7 Ravenscraig Rd, Woodstock.
Important rules
• All sample orders must be paid for and collected within 5 working days from invoice date,
otherwise they will be cancelled.
• Sample orders exceeding 10 line items are treated as bulk orders and invoiced from the main
warehouse.
Can I return samples?
Samples priced R30 (excl. VAT) or more may be returned for a refund or credit if: the item is unused, unworn, and undamaged; in original condition and packaging (including undamaged packaging); accompanied by the original invoice; and returned within one week of collection. Samples that cannot be returned: items priced under R30 (excl. VAT), any branded items, and consumables or perishables.
Refunds are processed on Fridays only. Inspection can take up to 7 business days.
