Orders can be placed through the ITLX online platform, WhatsApp, or by contacting us directly.
Ordering online — step by step
1. Go to itlx.co.za and log in.
2. Browse the product catalogue and click View Product on the item you want.
3. Select a colour and quantity.
4. Click Add to Cart for a standard order, or “Make it my Own” to customise with your logo first.
5. Go to your cart and proceed to checkout.
6. Enter your shipping address (or use the ITLX warehouse address for warehouse storage).
7. Complete payment.
What happens next?
Once payment is confirmed, your order is submitted. If your order includes branding, it goes through a design review before production begins. You can track progress on your Dashboard or Orders page.
Order acceptance
ITLX reserves the right to accept or reject any order. Acceptance relies on product availability, accurate information provided, and successful payment.
Please note: product availability is limited. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide a refund.
