Once an order is confirmed, it becomes a binding contract. However, modifications may be possible before production begins.
Cancellation policy
• Design changes are possible before production starts. Once production has begun, changes may
incur additional fees or delay your order.
• If full payment is not made within 10 working days, ITLX may cancel the order.
• For cancelled orders valued above R5,000 (excl. VAT), a 15% handling and administrative fee
applies.
• If layouts have already been created, a layout fee of R100 (excl. VAT) per layout will be charged.
• No cancellations are accepted after final artwork approval and once branding has commenced.
• Orders requiring consolidation of multiple components cannot be cancelled or returned once stock has been consolidated.
Workwear orders
Manufacture of workwear begins only once the order and deposit are received. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once a sales order is generated.
No future orders will be processed until any outstanding cancellation or handling fees have been settled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
