ITLX accepts the following payment methods:
• Visa (credit and debit)
• Mastercard (credit and debit)
• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
American Express, Diners Club, and cash are not accepted.
When is payment required?
Full payment is required before production begins, unless a credit agreement is in place. Approved enterprise clients may be configured with Net 30 payment terms. Contact your Account Manager or email, [email protected] to apply for credit terms.
International payments
Transactions from foreign banks may require a processing period of 4–7 business days. Your order will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed. All orders are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Sending proof of payment
If you pay via EFT, use your order number as the payment reference and email your proof of payment to: [email protected]
