What happens after I submit my design?

After you place a customised order, your design goes through a quality review before production begins.

The design review process

1. You place your order and complete payment.

2. Your order status changes to “Awaiting Design Approval.”

3. Our team generates a branded layout for your approval.

4. You review and approve the layout online.

5. Branding only commences once the layout is approved AND the deposit/full payment has been received.

6. Lead times are calculated from the day after both artwork approval and proof of payment are received — whichever comes later.

What you’re agreeing to when you approve artwork

• You confirm the layout, branded item, colour, and size are all correct.

• ITLX is not responsible for spelling errors or artwork mistakes in approved files.

• No changes can be made after approval.

You can check the status of your design review at any time on your Dashboard.
