You can track your order at any time from the Orders page on the ITLX platform. Every order has a dedicated tracking page where you can monitor production status and delivery progress.
Where to find your orders
1. Log in to your ITLX account.
2. Click Orders in the top navigation bar, or go to your Dashboard and click View All in the Recent orders section.
3. Use the filter tabs to filter by status: All, Processing, Awaiting PO, Shipped, Pickup Ready, or Delivered.
4. Use the search bar to find a specific order by order number or product name.
Do I get email updates?
Yes. You will receive email updates at key milestones. Once dispatched, you will also receive a tracking number.
