If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us immediately via the chat widget, email, or

WhatsApp. We will investigate and provide you with an updated delivery estimate.

Common reasons for delays

• Your design needed revision and we are waiting for updated artwork from you. Check your email

for a message from our team.

• A supplier or customs delay on custom/imported stock.

• A courier delivery issue (e.g. incorrect address or failed delivery attempt). Check your tracking number.

What we will do

We aim to deliver every order on time. If delays occur, you will be notified immediately with updated timelines. For mission-critical orders, we offer expedited production and courier options to meet tight deadlines.
