What do I do if my order shows delivered but hasn’t arrived?

Steps to take if your tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived.

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue.

Before contacting us, please check

• Has someone else at your address or office accepted the delivery on your behalf?

• Is the package at a reception desk, security gate, or with a neighbour?

• Does the tracking information show a signature or photo confirmation?
