Contact our support team through the chat widget, WhatsApp, or email with your order number and the delivery address.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. If you need stored items split across multiple delivery addresses, let us know the address and quantity for each. We will arrange separate shipments.
How long does delivery take?
Once you request delivery, items are typically shipped within 1β2 business days. Courier delivery then takes an additional 1β3 business days depending on your location.
Tracking
Each withdrawal is tracked in your ITLX account. Your real-time inventory dashboard shows exactly what is stored, quantities, arrival dates, and storage costs.
