ITLX uses role-based access to control what each team member can do.
Role | Access Level |
Admin | Full access — manage everything including users, settings, financial data, system configuration, and API access. |
Manager | Order approval, team oversight, project management. No financial data or API access. |
Staff | Place orders, view order history, profile management, and basic features. |
Click Modify Permissions on any role card to customise access. You can also filter team members by department (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Operations) and role.
