What do the different user roles mean on ITLX?

Understanding Admin, Manager, and Staff permissions.

ITLX uses role-based access to control what each team member can do.

Role

Access Level

Admin

Full access β€” manage everything including users, settings, financial data, system configuration, and API access.

Manager

Order approval, team oversight, project management. No financial data or API access.

Staff

Place orders, view order history, profile management, and basic features.

Click Modify Permissions on any role card to customise access. You can also filter team members by department (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Operations) and role.
