Paid subscription plans provide access to enhanced features and are billed separately from product orders.
Billing cycle
Paid subscriptions operate on a recurring billing cycle (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorise ITLX to automatically charge the applicable fee at each renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — not immediately. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by South African law.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment of any pro-rated fees. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Product costs, branding fees, and delivery costs are billed separately per order, regardless of your subscription tier.
