Because promotional products are customised for you, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or branding errors that do not match the approved mockup. Returns require written approval from ITLX management and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
A 25% handling and administrative fee applies to all approved returns.
Items that CANNOT be returned
• Branded/customised items.
• Consumables and perishables.
• Memory sticks, masks, sanitisers.
• Items requiring assembly or consolidation.
• Discontinued and clearance items (unless faulty).
Clothing returns
Clothing items that have been worn must be laundered before return. A laundry fee of R7.50 per garment will be charged if unwashed worn clothing is returned.
Quality guarantee
If the final product does not match the approved mockup, we will replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you. Every product in our catalogue is curated from trusted suppliers and vetted for durability. Our quality control team inspects orders before dispatch.
