How do I change or cancel my ITLX subscription?

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from your My Account settings page.

Switching plans

β€’ Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment of any pro-rated fees.

β€’ Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plans are month-to-month with 1-year contracts also available at a discounted rate. Extended contracts are priced at a 10–15% discount.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to download reports or retrieve information. After 30 days, archived data can be requested but may not be immediately available.

Does the Professional plan include custom-branded websites?

Custom-branded websites are available as an add-on to the Professional plan or included with the Enterprise plan. Contact us for pricing.
