The ITLX Brand Asset Library is a central place in your ITLX account to store the brand files your team uses again and again — logos, brand guidelines, and images. Upload once, then pull them straight into the AI Design Studio for any product.

What you can store

  • Logos (primary logo, secondary marks, variations for dark and light backgrounds)

  • Brand guideline documents (PDF)

  • Image files (product photography, campaign imagery, hero images)

Recommended file types: .ai, .eps, .pdf, and .svg for logos; high-resolution .png with a transparent background also works.

How to upload assets

  1. Log in to ITLX

  2. Open the Brand Asset Library from your account menu

  3. Click Upload and select your file

  4. Name the asset clearly (for example "Acme — Primary Logo — CMYK")

How the Brand Asset Library connects to ordering

  • Open a product and click the AI Design Studio button

  • Select a logo from your Brand Asset Library instead of re-uploading

  • Your team sees the same library — no more emailing around old logo files

Why this matters for brand control

When every team member orders from the same logo file, every piece of branded merchandise your company produces stays on-brand. This is one of three live features that make ITLX unique in the South African branded merchandise market — see how the AI Design Studio works.
