How do I reset my ITLX password?

Reset your ITLX password in under a minute using the Forgot Password link on the login screen.

To reset your ITLX password, go to itlx.co.za, click Log In, then click Forgot Password. Enter the email address you use for ITLX and we will send you a password reset link.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to itlx.co.za and click Log In

  2. Click Forgot Password

  3. Enter your ITLX email address and submit

  4. Open the reset email (check spam if you don't see it within a few minutes)

  5. Click the reset link and set a new password

Password tips

  • Use at least 10 characters

  • Include at least one number and one symbol

  • Don't reuse a password from another site

I didn't receive the password reset email — what now?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact [email protected] and we will verify the email on the account.

I changed email addresses — can I update my ITLX login?

Yes. Contact support and we can update the login email on your profile after verification.

My password reset link has expired

Reset links expire for security. Just request a new one from the Forgot Password page and it will send a fresh link.
