To reorder branded merchandise on ITLX, log in, open your order history, choose the order you want to repeat, and click Reorder. The design, sizes, and quantities are pre-populated — you only need to confirm delivery and payment, which saves time on every repeat order.

Step-by-step

  1. Log in to ITLX

  2. Open your Dashboard and go to Orders

  3. Find the past order you want to repeat

  4. Click Reorder

  5. Review quantities and sizes — adjust if needed

  6. Confirm delivery address and payment

What carries over from the original order

  • Logo file and design placement

  • Product variant (colour, size range)

  • Branding method (print, embroidery, or other)

  • Quantities (editable)

When pricing may change on a reorder

  • Quantities change (break-price thresholds move)

  • The supplier's product price has changed since the original order
