How do I upload my logo and brand assets to ITLX?

To upload your brand assets to ITLX, open your account dashboard, go to the Brand Asset Library, click Upload, and select your vector logo files, brand colours and any supporting images. The library stores everything in one place so every order, mockup and reorder draws from the same approved files - no more hunting for the right logo.

What files to upload

For the best results, upload:

  • A primary vector logo (.AI, .EPS or high-quality .SVG) in full colour.

  • A single-colour version of your logo (white on dark, black on light).

  • A horizontal and a stacked version if you have both.

  • Your brand colours in Pantone and hex.

  • Any supporting icons or secondary marks.

Step-by-step

  1. Log in to your ITLX account.

  2. Click Brand Asset Library in your dashboard.

  3. Click Upload.

  4. Select your files from your computer.

  5. Tag each file (e.g., "Primary logo", "Mono reverse", "Icon").

  6. Save.

Troubleshooting uploads

If a file does not upload: check the file size is under the platform limit, the format is supported (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG, .PNG or .JPG), and your browser is up to date. If the problem persists, message us via Intercom and our team will upload it for you.

Can multiple users on our account see the brand assets?

Yes. The brand asset library is shared across your account. Anyone with the right role-based access can use the stored files for mockups, quotes and orders.

Can I upload artwork for specific campaigns separately?

Yes. You can organise assets by tags - e.g., "2026 conference", "Product launch", "Corporate core" - so campaign-specific visuals don't get mixed up with your core brand files.

What if we don't have vector files?

Message our team. We can help vectorise your logo so it is print-ready. Vector files give the cleanest result on merchandise.
